Robert Half is partnering with a growing law firm in the Greater Worcester area in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant. This firm has experienced year over year growth and offers upward mobility across multiple practice areas.

Requirements

Requirements:

2+ years working in an established law firm in the state of Massachusetts

Tech Savvy, having experience in MAC computer systems, Lawmatics practice management system, and Monday.com preferred

Prior experience creating binders, performing legal research, client correspondence, office inventories, etc.

Proficient in calendar management, multiline phone systems, and witness signings

Prior experience in Estate Planning and/or Probate is preferred.

High attention to detail, organization, and client interaction
