Who are you?
You are someone who is outgoing and enjoys helping others, and is willing to drive results to make it happen. We are looking for someone who will put our customers at the center of everything they do by assessing their needs, completing account openings, account transactions and servicing/cash handling activities. This position will also assist with business development efforts and may assist with opening of consumer loans and business accounts. You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers by connecting with customers and engaging in business development opportunities.
Developing and maintaining knowledge of products and services in order to actively listen, understand, and make recommendations based on customer needs.
Assisting customers with their banking needs, including opening accounts, depositing and withdrawing funds, and applying for loans and credit cards.
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that C&N is providing excellent customer service and meeting its business objectives.
Requirements:
You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-4 years previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:

Strong Communication
Technical Skills
Travel to assigned branches may be required.
