　　What we are looking for: Here at Schwan's Company, we put a high priority on having safe, clean, and healthy workspaces. And we want individuals that take that seriously.

　　High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience as multicraft technician.

　　Must be a self starter with the ability to complete daily work and emergency work with minimal supervision.

　　Must be proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical circuitry. HVAC experience is a plus. Must be a team oriented worker.

　　Should have Allen Bradley software, PLC and HMI experience/knowledge. Programing is a plus.

　　Available to work any shift with proper notice.

　　Proficient communication and problem-solving skills to pass on information to co-workers and to relay information to and from all employee levels including management.

　　Basic computer/Ipad skills to use the CMMS system for reporting, documenting and completing work orders.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of pant equipment and machinery.

　　Responsible for change over of equipment setups.

　　Responsible for maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipment and keeping all equipment and facility in good repair and regularly serviced.

　　Responsible for various daily / shift checks on plant equipment.

　　Following the GMP and company SOP's for work, PPE, LOTO and HACCP.

　　The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required; including but not limited to bump cap, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves and safety shoes or rubber boots

　　May be responsible for disassembling, disconnecting, cleaning, operating, and reassembling and reconnecting lines and equipment

　　Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct

　　Hours may change based on production schedule (some overtime and weekend work may be required)

　　Must have an elevated understanding of electrical circuits, troubleshooting multicraft issues and paying attention to detail. A strong sense of urgency to get things repaired right the first time and quickly.
