　　Position Details

　　Per Diem position; possible 1-2 days per week; hours vary per week. Monday - Friday.

　　Position Summary

　　A Personal Assistant is responsible to assist residents with a variety of assigned duties that will enhance the residents social, mental and physical wellbeing.

　　Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　Assist residents with household chores, grocery shopping, medication reminders, light housekeeping, occasional meal preparation and other duties as required

　　Provide transportation for shopping and medical appointments

　　Provides companionship to activities such as concerts, sporting events, club memberships, etc.

　　Essential Job Requirements

　　Education: High School diploma or GED preferred

　　License: Active NY Drivers License required

　　Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language

　　Experience: Previous personal companion experience preferred
