We currently have an opportunity for a Perfumery Office and Engagement Manager in our Consumer Fragrances Global Creative Development Center (CDC) based in Princeton. NJ. This role reports to the VP, Consumer Fragrances - North America and supports the VP directly as well as organizational programming across the perfumery division . The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3-5 years of experience in administrative, analyst, and/or coordinator roles. They will be technically proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Teams and Excel) and a proactive team member who identifies, anticipates and executes on projects and initiatives with curiosity, insights and accountability.

Your key responsibilities:
Office Administrator for the Perfumery Department in Princeton. Primary contact with Global Workplace Services (GWS).
Support the VP with travel, scheduling and expense reporting for both VP and departmental corporate accounts ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Host all visitors to the Princeton CDC: Senior management, visiting perfumers, trainee perfumers from other regions, clients, etc.
Provide analytical expertise and support to ensure delivery of special projects in the CDC as needed including productivity improvements, KPI tracking, supply and equipment ordering, waste reduction, cost reduction, plastic reduction and capital improvements.
Coordinate team building events: Win celebrations, breakfast socials, lunch and learns, etc.
Back up to Executive Assistant for Regional VP/Sales VP.

You bring:
BA in Business or related field (i.e. Product Development, Marketing or Communications)
At least 3-5 years of professional experience as an analyst or administrative professional
Ability to run reports and analyze data and provide insights
Detail and service oriented individuals
Strong communications skills self-starter, intellectual curiosity, proactive, willing to challenge the status quo and offer their ideas and perspectives
Ability to identify areas for improvement and offer viable solutions
