　　The Field Service Engineer – QLD is responsible for onsite technical support for Cepheid’s extensive customer install base throughout the QLD region. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of GeneXpert products. The Field Service Engineer is an integral member of the Customer Care team and essential for supporting the commercial team achieve its goals by providing an exceptional customer experience

　　This position is part of the Customer Care team and will be located in our Brisbane office - Hybrid.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on Cepheid equipment

　　Work independently across a wide geographical base

　　Build strong relationships with customers and team members

　　Contribute to projects across ANZ and the wider APAC region

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Tertiary qualification in Engineering

　　Excellent computer skills

　　Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving

　　Experience in a field-based role

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Worked in medical industrr

　　Network connectively

　　* This is a contract role until 31 Dec 2024. A possible extension would depend on the mutual discussion *
