Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Performance Metrics Analyst to support the PMO of a program that supports a variety of customer IT requirements with a focus on providing productive and collaborative computer workspaces (new or renovated) to support dynamic mission requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing, implementing, and managing performance measurement solutions across multiple disparate program service lanes.
Demonstrated experience in evaluating Service Level Agreements (SLA) and how best to measure those requirements against stated service specification goals.
Demonstrated experience developing and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Strong analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions.
Experience automating measurement and reporting of performance metrics.
Responsible for creating dashboard visualizations for reporting SLAs and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requires strong customer intimacy and the proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base.
Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating associated documentation, processes, and procedures.
Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
3 + years of experience supporting PMO operations.
Experience managing multiple related teams, setting priorities, and allocating resources across multiple concurrent projects.
Expertise with Microsoft Excel.
Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build/maintain professional working relationships.
Must be proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
BA/BS and 4+ years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 8+ years.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years direct knowledge of the customer’s operational environment.
ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification.
PMP® or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active and current TS/SCI with Polygraph.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
