Maintenance Supervisor
Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor
For one of the smallest KDP manufacturing sites that operates a dual line, premium carbonated soft drink high speed bottling line, the Maintenance Supervisor provides direction to the maintenance department with specific focus on timely preventative and corrective maintenance of the facility, manufacturing, and auxiliary equipment that ensures consistent and safe operation. Must have the capability to develop, coach, and identify training needs of staff members to support evolving equipment requirements for this site. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and managing annual budgets, projects, and must have a good understanding of lean manufacturing principles including 5-S and TPM.
Shift and Schedule: This role will be for our 1st Shift working Monday - Friday 6:30am start time. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Compensation: This is a full time position. Paid on a bi-weekly basis

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain programs for the operation and repair of all production and support equipment to ensure Keurig Dr Pepper quality standards are met.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers in support of plant-wide operations.
Support the site objectives by directing safe and efficient preventive and corrective equipment repairs in a timely manner in order to minimize downtime.
Responsible for supervising direct reports include: hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching with a goal of establishing a skilled and competent work force focused on team building and group problem solving in a union environment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment and enforce safety compliance with staff, contractors and employees.
Drive the 5S discipline in their function and assist across the site.
Manages site capital projects
Develop and manage annual budget process. Deliver spending consistent with assigned targets for maintenance functions including spare parts inventories. Actively participate in capital planning, implementation, and new process development focused on minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.
Monitor execution of work orders and parts management process within SAP.
Implement and develop Lean Daily Management (LDM) in the maintenance function. This includes identifying mechanical/maintenance leading indicators and metrics, which will measure departmental performance on a regular basis. Report as required in support of Keurig Dr Pepper Action Behaviors.
Confirm that the facility is operating in compliance within local, state, federal regulations.
Administer site forklift program including operator training.
Maintain plant security.
Support other Keurig Dr Pepper entities when required which may include some travel.
Key Competencies:
GMPs and Food Safety
5-S Fundamentals, and TPM understanding
Root Cause Failure Analysis
Electrical controls including PLC’s, HMIs and Instrumentation
CMMS (SAP)
Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; time management and organizational skills; verbal, written and communication skills, along with proficient Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Strong project management skills for capital projects

Requirements
An undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering, basic sciences or business-related disciplines, or seven-ten (7-10) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a Maintenance capacity (preferably in high speed bottling).
Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role or clear leadership experience.
Familiar with Ammonia based Chiller systems
Must be able to work flexible shifts and weekends as business needs dictate
Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and related guidelines.
