　　We are looking for a Per-Diem Drive at our Ohio Recovery Center in Van Wert, OH

　　Hourly wage $16.00 - $18.00

　　Driver Experience: 5+ years of driving

　　Driver Job Summary

　　Provide safe transportation for our clients.The role requires that you have expertise in: safe driving practices with a clean driving record.This role reports to the Transportation SupervisorDriver Essential Responsibilities

　　Complete pre-trip inspections of vehiclesPrepare proper trip documentation in vehicle logsWork closely with Case Management Coordinator and Transportation SupervisorEnsure proper scheduling and transport of personnel and clientsProvide safe transport of clients and staffDriver Required Qualifications/Licensure & Certifications:

　　Valid Driver's License 5+ years of drivingCPR CertificationEducation:High School DiplomaPhysical Nature of the Job: Ex: Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Job is physical in nature and employee needs to stand and/or move around through the majority of their shift.
