About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director to lead the People Department at Dubai Holding Group Services as part of the leadership team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Lead the Group Services People Department.
Create the HC strategy and policies for Dubai Holding Gorup Services.
Lead the development and implementation of the Group Services L&D strategy.
Lead the development and implementation of a Group Services Competency Framework driving the required culture in line with the Group Services Strategy
Lead the development and implementation of the Group Services talent management framework to build a highly competent workforce as well as to consistently recognize, reward and retain top talent within Group Services. This includes Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Plan and pathways, and Recognition.
Ensure compliance with Group wide HC strategy and policies, and UAE labour law.
Work closely with Group Service Head and Tower Heads to develop the Group Services strategic workforce plan.
Lead the development of a Group Services Employee Engagement Strategy.
Support organizational design and definition of roles created in Group Services where applicable.
Collaborate with Dubai Holding Corporate office for Group Services Compensation and Benefit related tasks including Salary Reviews, Market Benchmarking, and Management Incentives.
Direct the delivery of employee relations services in Group Services, including employee grievances and disciplinary action, by investigating cases and recommending conclusions, in to ensure that all disputes are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
Lead the facility management of Dubau Holding Group Services.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field from an accredited and renowned University.
10-12 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a shared services organization
