Come grow with us!General Purpose and Scope of Position:As the People & Culture Technology and Compliance Programs Manager, you will join the P&C Operations team providing technical and compliance support for People and Culture business applications that include all aspects of the employee life cycle such as Onboarding, Recruiting, Core Learning Management, and Payroll.This position will be the core owner of P&C systems workflows, business processes, and procedures (Ultimate Software, Workday, SharePoint, and other applications). This position will be the primary support of operational compliance for the P&C teams by working to facilitate process design/redesign, system & workflow enhancements, change requests, maintenance, support & training, and including analytics dashboards that ultimately support compliance and data management.You will also contribute to the teams through the delivery of technical solutions by planning, directing, and coordinating HRIS activities along with the suite of HR technologies. This role will also be responsible for supporting data and operations compliance needs of the local People and Culture Teams and multiple business lines, including gathering data and developing reports and analysis.Key Skills and Abilities:Workday experience a must, WD implementation experience a plusHRIS implementation experience requiredHuman Resources Compliance experience requiredDemonstrated ability to manage an HRIS system in an analytical and system management roleHR Analytics experience, including outstanding data analysis skills including the ability to create reports and dashboards with advanced Excel skillsBroad understanding of People and Culture and Payroll business processes, including measurement of business successAbility to create custom reportsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsTenacity in finding creative solutions to business needs and demand planningKey Personal Attributes Include:Strong sense of initiative to identify data solutions to business needsKeen attention to detail and an attitude embracing error-free work productsAbility to communicate technical information to a wide audienceA demonstrated team approach with a personality easily integrated into group effortsSpecific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Oversees and maintains optimal compliance function of the organization's internal P&C information systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modulesOversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security with support from the IT departmentProvides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to P&C employees as part of the HRIS teamCreates and maintains compliance databases and record-keeping systems for P&C operationsCollaborates with P&C leadership to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutionsManages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for P&C services usersPrograms custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reportsCompiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports and analytics dashboards, including additional summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and P&CServ
