Job Description:
At our project site in Boden, Sweden we are looking for a PDDM (Project Document & Data Management) Lead as of now.
This position predominately supervises other employees and requires the ability to fill any role in PDDM in an efficient manner while maintaining effective communication with Project Client, Engineering Subcontractors, internal taskforce members and field personnel. This position supervises intermediate level full work on a large project to work within a team or independently. This position may act on behalf of an absent lead on a smaller to intermediate project or may be expected to lead a small to large project.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Participate in project task force meetings
• Review work of others for accuracy and timeliness
• Responsible for compliance dictated by client regarding maintenance of related documentation
• Responsible for electronic receipt, recording, tracking reporting, and disposition of related documents in a timely manner
• Perform complex PDDM problem solving, duties, and analytic tasks
• Interface with groups inside and outside the organization
• Accountable for overall quality of technical documentation for designate project
• Complete the PDDM Job Book for the assigned project; including baseline, processes, workflows, checklists, quality assurance, construction, etc.
• Collaborate with Client, Project Taskforce and Project Management to ensure that all processes and requirements align
• Manage all aspects of a project life-cycle including scope definition, developing a detailed plan, tracking, managing, and communicating project status
• Must have an understanding of Fluor's DMS software such as searching, data entry, using bulk loading, review initiation, issuing documents and troubleshooting
• Train and work with new PDDM staff
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
