Description

　　Robert Half is actively looking for a Help Desk Analyst. In this role you will thrive at providing technical support services to end-users, both in person and over the phone/e-mail. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role having a large amount of visibility within the organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization.

　　This is a permanent hire role (background check required).

　　Onsite 5 days/week in Oakfield, WI.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Manage help desk along with hardware/software inventory and licenses

　　Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with end-users

　　Setup new users

　　Patch management and deployment

　　Administration of Google Workspace

　　A/V Support

　　Workshops and end-user training

　　Hardware break/fix

　　Basic network and server support

　　Actively assess ways to improve technology throughout the organization

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Associate's degree in technology or equivalent experience (minimum)

　　Strong and effective communication, customer service experience is preferred

　　Excellent time-management and prioritization

　　Advanced computer skills: MS Office, Google Suite, and other hardware/software

　　Willing to travel between multiple locations (local)

　　Preferred: Experience in an education environment
