Job Title: Onsite PC Technician

Duration: Short-term project (5 days), including weekend work

Location: Onsite

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PC Technician or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and software

• Understanding of Networking principles and applications

• Experience with Operating Systems, both installation and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Ability to handle Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repairs

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Proven record of successful Deployments

• Prior experience in Deskside Support

• Ability to provide User Support, including troubleshooting and resolution

• Familiarity with Network Printers, Printer Hardware, Laptop Hardware, Desktop Hardware

• Experience in Desktop deployment and Desktop Support

• Ability to provide Tier 1 Support to users

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Relevant certifications are a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
