You will be a part of our DCA Development Advisory teamwhere you will provide direct support and consulting to our consultingclients. This role is expected to understand payroll in depth and tomaintain knowledge of payroll practices and laws so as to provide betterservice and information to our clients. Under the supervision of thePayroll Supervisor, this role is expected to be independently managingtheir client relationships, however, when needed, escalating issues orchallenges for prompt resolution. * Client Service & DeliverablesMaintain accurate client payroll information within the clients\'specific payroll system Resolve discrepancies through collection andanalysis of information within client payroll system Process payrolls ina timely manner to meet client deadlines Review/update employee recordsand data for accuracy Calculate and pay bonuses or severance as neededReview employee federal and state income and related taxes for accuratecalculation Reconcile payroll deposits, tax withholdings, wagegarnishments, and voluntary deductions Reporting and Analysis Preparereports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer\'scontribution for social security and unemployment May help preparepayroll tax returns and amended payroll tax returns Run and prepareother ad-hoc reports as requested Client Service Maintain confidence ofemployee data by keeping all information confidential Provide clientsupport to employees and clients when needed Accurately convey detailedinformation both written and verbally Provide administrative supportwith new client implementations * Individual and Team Development Applylearning from one experience to the next Seek out and respond tofeedback about own behavior and performance Share information andlearning with new hires and/or peers * Other duties and specialistprojects as assigned Qualifications * 1-3 years of relevant payrollexperience; Bachelors degree preferred.
