Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Benefits Specialist to join our team in Southwest Oklahoma City. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a payroll professional with experience managing payroll for 130+ employees, a strong HR background, and exceptional customer service skills.

This role is 100% on-site

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and troubleshooting benefit-related issues.

Maintain payroll records, including deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings.

Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee inquiries, and compliance reporting.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing payroll and benefits questions promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processes and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Payroll experience required, preferably with 130+ employees.

Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.

HR background with experience in employee relations, compliance, and documentation.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Proficiency in payroll/HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
