Knowledge ManagerJob LocationsUS-OH-WPAFBID2023-7577CategoryOtherTypeRegular Full-TimeOverviewCredence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Knowledge Manager in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.ResponsibilitiesGuide knowledge management program in accordance with AFMAN 33-396 (Knowledge Management) for a dynamic AF level organization to effectively integrate data, information, records, and knowledge management capabilities to ensure access to relevant information and expertise.Assist with technical work related to knowledge management program to include planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.Collaborate with team leadership and presenting meetings and presentations.Assist with technical work related to knowledge management programs to include planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, procedures, and other reviews.Integrate data, information, records, and knowledge management capabilities to ensure access and analyses of relevant information.Analyze data and information needs to improve workflow processes.Align knowledge management activities to CROWS' mission objectives, priorities, and goals.Facilitate knowledge and information flows within and externally to CROWS.Perform SharePoint Site Collection Administrator duties for CROWS SharePoint sites.QualificationsClearance: Top SecretMA/MS and ten (10) years relevant work experience orBA/BS and twelve (12) years relevant work experience orFifteen (15) years relevant work experienceSpecialized Knowledge and Experience Required:Minimum three years of knowledge management, data management, and marketing within AF or DoD.Be able to work independently and to lead knowledge management efforts with a small team of personnel, with guidance and oversight of a Government team.Knowledge and experience in effectively using the capabilities and functionality of various collaborative technologies such as SharePoint.Understanding of the concepts of data management and shall conduct duties supporting the CROWS knowledge management program activities.Understanding of confidentiality, integrity, and availability concepts as well as other security concepts.Possess a creative mindset and exceptional design and writing skills to plan, write, edit, and publish communications.Senior-level briefing experience.Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.Credence Management Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
