About Payroll Specialist

  We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HRS team

  As a Payroll Specialist you'll be responsible for provide excellent customer service to all customers of HRS, adhere to Global Data Privacy rules and building reports, participate in training of new HRS Admin and actively participate in all team/department meetings and activities.

  Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day Payroll and Benefits Operations for a country.Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to internal control and statutory legislation.Provide expertise on local payroll policy.Handle escalated payroll related queries.Approve, reject, re-submit or escalate transactions based on policies and guidelines.Perform regular checks on system changes; monitor and identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections.Support delivery of reports within scope.Respond to external/internal requests for information.Actively identify improvements according to LEAN ways of working.Process tax withholdings and payments.Work within a team while also providing support (eg. mentorship, process, improvements).Works within defined processes and procedures and gives advice on processes inside and outside the assigned work.Knowledges & Critical Experience

  Work experience in payrollExpertise with Local Legislation as Labor,Computer literacy (eg. Excel, HR Systems, CMS)Experience in HR Shared ServicesKnowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.Experience in process-oriented environmentExposure to basic quality controlsExperience with handling confidential dataWe are looking for:Bachelor degree or equivalentExperience in processing payrollExperience in SUASAP HR system knowledgeKnowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.Effective listening and communication skills, and highly developed interpersonal skillsAbility to answer queries on own initiative by effective use and interpretation of relevant data/available information.Ability to work as part of a teamAbility to effectively prioritize and organize workload, and ability to multi-task is essentialComputer literacyExperienced with Case Management tools and HR IT systems.What you'll get in return...
