　　What you'll do Drive and implement people strategy, translating strategic business objectives into an effective people plan Provide strategic HR advice to senior business stakeholders Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness and of key HR processes Drive headcount productivity and lead initiatives to improve people performance against strategic needs Lead talent management processes to support business strategy, partnering with the HR Center of Expertise for talent attraction, development, and retention Shape organizational development initiatives and change programs aligned with business objectives Comply with local employment policies and labor legislation, role model our culture and behaviors, and always acting with integrityYour qualifications Master's degree ideally in a related field (HR, psychology, business management, etc.) 5+ years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational and strategic HR matters within an international context, in different business areas and geographies Excellent consulting and relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders Planning, organizational, and project management skills, with experience in delivering on strategic organizational objectives within agreed timeframes Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions to complex organizational issues Good command and practical experience of Polish labor law A can-do attitude and positive spiritOur candidate profile is just a guide.
