　　The Payroll Coordinator maintains payroll records, processes payroll, prepares the journal entry for each payroll and responds to employee pay related questions.

　　ResponsibilitiesConsistently and accurately process payroll for 1300 employeesAnalyze and review pay & employee related changesPull and audit timesheets to ensure wages and benefits are accurateSetup garnishments and ensure accurate taxation and deductionsParticipate in month-end close and reconciliationsFulfill VOE requests as neededUnderstand and demonstrate privacy and confidentialityPull payroll reports for review and audit purposesCommunicate with HR teams to make necessary changesResearch, analyze and resolve discrepancies and report them to management as neededSkills & Experience3 years experience working in payroll or similar roleSignificant experience working in multi-state payrollWorking knowledge of tax codes and regulationsMust have strong work ethicDetail-oriented, professional attitude and reliableStrong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasksBasic understanding of journal entriesExcellent computer skills, including ADP EV5 and Microsoft ExcelTeam player with interpersonal skillsConfident written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with employees and team members in a professional mannerOur Benefits

　　The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $35, 000 to $75, 000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
