Process employees' paychecks by collecting their payroll data andtimesheets. Verify employees' work hours and payment through thepayroll system, issuing deductions, earnings and other statements toemployees and updating payroll records regularly. Pay taxes monthly andcomplete reports for different taxing agencies. Issue checks toemployees, contractors, and taxing entities. Reconcile the monthly bankstatement. Run monthly reports or other reports as needed for otheragencies. Process new employee paperwork, and end of the year tax forms.Prefer someone with Quick Books experience. Require someone withcomputer experience.
