　　We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Accounting Team. This role will be based out of our Headquarters in Branchburg NJ.

　　Responsibilities

　　New Hire Setups

　　Employee changes/ updates

　　Garnishments

　　Union remittance reporting for multistate unions

　　Weekly/Monthly division reporting

　　Payroll processing and reviewing

　　Printing and distributing of weekly payroll checks

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction payroll

　　Multistate Payroll and Union knowledge preferred

　　Experience with using Timberline/HCSS software preferred

　　Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll

　　Knowledge of wage labor laws and union labor compliance is a plus

　　Strong, detailed oriented work ethic a must

　　Self-starter with a well-honed sense of urgency and the ability to regularly meet deadlines

　　Strong communication skills

　　Computer skills are required, must be proficient on Word, Excel and Outlook

　　Must be a High School graduate, some College preferred but not required
