Cancer Center connected to the North Hospital. - Patient facing, first person the patient sees when they walk in – create a warm, welcoming environment for all - Check patients in and verify demographic information - Verify that their insurance is both accurate and active - Facilitates copay collection - Assist with scheduling follow up appointment - “Right hand” to our clinical partners - help oversee the daily flow of the clinic for a seamless patient experience
