Description
We're working with a client who is looking for Admin Assistants to support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update databases using a high degree of accuracy
Provide seamless vendor management services
Assist with routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Support the team with duties related to paperwork management
Other administrative duties as required
Requirements
Your Skill Set Should Include:
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in data entry, vendor management, and general administrative duties is a plus
