　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Participate in CQI projects

　　Maintains clinical competence

　　Maintains competence in documentation

　　Utilize SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) for communication

　　Support and represent the facility’s Mission, Vision, Values while performing the role

　　Attend meetings and in-services as required by departmental policy

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Education: Licensed clinician, such as RN, PT, OT, ST

　　Experience:

　　Two or more years in an acute rehabilitation setting.

　　Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).

　　Preferred:

　　RN, CRRN clinical experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting

　　Case management related experience in inpatient rehab unit.

　　Previous IRF PAI experience.

　　Coding experience.

　　Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required:

　　Required: a. Current Texas License as applicable for profession

　　FIM credentialed within 90 days of hire.
