　　Hiring Range : $17.17-$22.32

　　The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

　　Responsibilities: • Aids with movement and placement of patients. • Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records. • Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment.

　　Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

　　Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Required Credential(s):

　　• BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

　　Education:

　　• High school diploma/GED required
