Key Responsibilities - Manage and adjust schedules for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure client needs are met. - Promptly communicate updates or changes to BCBAs. - Track session authorizations, renewals, and required documents; inform therapists when session limits are approaching. - Handle intake inquiries, explain evaluations and therapy processes to families, and coordinate initial sessions. - Maintain up-to-date electronic records. - Build relationships with schools, healthcare providers, and community groups to promote TBS and drive referrals. - Serve as the point of contact for families, assisting with scheduling, addressing questions, and providing ongoing support. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities : - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Compassionate, clear communication with families and external providers. - Ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize multiple tasks. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in client records and deadlines. - Proactive problem-solving and ability to collaborate across teams. Required Qualifications - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in a clinical, medical, or customer service setting. - Familiarity with insurance authorizations and client scheduling; experience in behavioral or therapy services is a plus. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel. - Experience with EHR/EMR systems for managing records and reporting. - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and sensitivity to neurodiverse clients' needs. - Background Check
