In a Speech Language Pathologist per diem weekend position, you will serve patients on acute floors of our Trauma Level 1 hospital as well as patients admitted to our 21-bed CARF-accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility. Experience in swallowing evaluation and treatment, cognitive/communication evaluation and treatment for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord, and complex medical and/or trauma preferred. There is a 1-weekend per month requirement with this position and 1 holiday per year requirement. Additional weekend or weekday shifts are available based on volume/demand. We provide a thorough onboarding experience to all new hires and work collaboratively as a team to achieve strong patient outcomes. Work Schedule: Per Diem Required Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology. Licensed/registered/certified with applicable governing Speech Language Pathology board(s) and Minnesota Department of Health. CPR Certification (Basic Life Support). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in similar setting/diagnoses Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
