Responsibilities

Our ANATOMIC PATHOLOGY DEPARTMENT has a great opportunity for a Pathology Assistant to join our team! Conducts examination of surgical specimens under the supervision and responsibility of a pathologist.

Located in Phoenix, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.

Qualifications

MINIMUM:

Bachelor’s Degree with curriculum which qualifies for high complexity testing under CLIA regulations (CAP ANP.11610)

Three (3) years clinical experience in related area

Completion of HSS approved clinical laboratory training program OR at least 3 months documented training in the specialty in which the high complexity testing is performed

Pay Range

$42.69 - $61.91 /hour
