　　Robert Half's Legal Practice is excited to be searching for a talented Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join a top large law firm's team.

　　The position is located in Minneapolis, MN. After training and onboarding, 2 days/week remote is possible.

　　As a Patent Prosecution Paralegal at this firm, you will play a crucial role in the patent prosecution process. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Assist attorneys in all aspects of patent prosecution, from filing to issuance.

　　Draft and prepare legal documents, including patent applications and responses to office actions.

　　Conduct research and gather relevant information for patent filings.

　　Communicate effectively with clients, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and foreign associates.

　　Manage and maintain patent prosecution dockets and deadlines.

　　Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the smooth progress of cases.

　　Requirements

　　A minimum of two years of experience as a Patent Paralegal.

　　Experience with USPTO and PCT filings, as well as common international rules and procedures.

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

　　Proficiency in using patent database software and document management systems.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

　　Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
