Post-Grant Proceedings Associate (open to remote)

　　Our client is seeking an associate with 2 plus years of post-law school experience. They will train patent litigators with an interest in the post-grant practice.

　　* Invalidity analysis of patents and prior art

　　* Draft IPR/PGR petitions and legal and technical arguments/briefing

　　* Work with experts and prepare expert testimony

　　* Conduct and defend expert depositions

　　* Oral advocacy before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Qualifications

　　* Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school

　　* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study is preferred

　　* Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred, but not required

　　* Patent litigation experience before the PTAB

　　* Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
