  What will I be doing?

  Assist running the pastry section of the kitchenEnsure excellent quality throughout the dessert offeringsBring creativity to the pastry offeringsSupervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentationPlan production to facilitate daily requirementsDevelop appropriate seasonal menu offeringsManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenueEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulationsWhat are we looking for?

  A minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef Experience with high volume food productionApproaches pastry in a creative wayStrong supervisory skillsA current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)Positive attitudeGood communication skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer serviceExcellent grooming standardsExcellent planning and organising skillsDedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvementEVERY JOB MAKES THE STAY.
