We're currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team and contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service. In this software and client-focused role in Geneva, you'll be the initial point of contact, ensuring excellent front-of-house service and providing administrative assistance.
Responsibilities Ensuring a user-friendly, safe, and sustainable office environment while addressing any necessary repairs Offering professional reception to visitors and handling incoming phone calls, with efficient responses to inquiries and message escalation Conducting office orientation for new starters, including provision of work equipment and induction support Arranging and managing meetings or conference calls, ensuring meeting rooms are well maintained Administering invoice processing, approvals, payment follow-ups and assisting with diverse administrative tasks Liaising with remote IT support and local accountant for smooth operations Monitoring office costs and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective contracts Handling all mail management tasks, from distributing incoming mail to organizing global courier shipments Assisting in event planning and implementation, including offsite meetings, conferences, and staff parties Overseeing inventory, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment condition Requirements
