　　As Registration Representative / Patient Access, we are often the first point of contact for our patients and their families. As such we value representing an important first impression. We are diligent in obtaining complete and accurate insurance and demographic information in a timely manner, this enables us to provide high quality, compassionate health care service to all who need them, regardless of their ability to pay.

　　This position is part-time (20 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 18 Greenhill Dr, Presque Isle, ME 04769

　　Required Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 6+ months of experience in an office setting, customer service setting (over the phone or face to face) or phone support role or call center environment Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Ability to work any shift of days, evenings and weekends Ability to work on site at 18 Greenhill Dr, Presque Isle, ME 04769 Ability to work part-time, Monday - Friday between our normal business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Flu vaccination are an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

　　1+ years of Registration experience in a hospital or medical setting Understanding of medical terminology
