　　Our Part-Time employees enjoy the following benefits:

　　Part-Time Schedules- up to 32 Hours per week (2-4 days) between the hours of 9:30am and 6:00pm (weekends only ‘til 5:00pm). _ No Nights! -- Ability to work a minimum of 1 weekday shift required_

　　Job Description

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside

　　We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies

　　Keeping high-touch areas clean; including sweeping, mopping, debris removal, and wiping windows is important to us

　　Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory availability assists in making sure spaces are ready to rent

　　Auditing cash drawers is part of the daily business

　　We help keep customers current with payment and make collection calls when required

　　Qualifications

　　Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service based companies.

　　Current and valid driver’s license

　　Reliable transportation for business purposes (mileage reimbursed)
