About Parts Counter Attendant

　　Reference #: 1034945Job Duties:Answer parts phone calls.Assist customers with their parts needs.Issue parts to shop mechanics.Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts.Utilize parts data bases.Research back-orders.Research customer credit status.Requirements:Mechanical aptitude.Familiarity with product line.Customer service skills.Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.Ability to learn new systems.Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
