In this position you will communicate with our technicians to make recommendations for maintenance programs that meet the customer’s needs in an efficient and friendly manner. This is a full-time opportunity with no weekends and a rotating late shift once a week.

　　Requirements:

　　Previous sales or customer service experience. Willing to train!

　　Prior Service writing experience or Chrysler knowledge a plus.

　　Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

　　Basic computer skills. Experience with CDK a plus!

　　General car knowledge is beneficial but not required.
