The Workday Configuration Product Technologist is an important role to everyone at Citi. The potential impact and influence of this position are felt companywide.

Responsibilities:

Support all Workday projects, partner with IT organization and ensure process adherence.

Partner with IT Integrations, HR Technology, HR Shared Services, Recruiting, PMO, Analytics, Finance other key stakeholder groups as needed for operational support, governance, data analysis and projects

Develop deep understanding of complex enterprise-wide data and interdependencies, including those with reporting and downstream integrations

Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT

Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions

Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information

Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in similar roles.

3 plus years working in a large complex global technology environment, ideally finance services.

Experience with Workday taxonomies: Performance and Compensation .

A demonstrated history around Yearly Performance and Compensation Life Cycle and HR data, global employee data privacy

Deep understanding of Workday functionality for a specific area of responsibility: Performance and Compensation

Understanding the configuration of calculated fields, condition rules, business processes and eligibility rules

Understanding of integrations although primarily handled by IT team.

Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.

Experience in managing Workday Feature Releases

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
