　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for supporting the facility with purchasing plant and production supplies, as well as MRO Parts. Also supports the Maintenance Department with PM / WO projects.

　　Receive parts and supplies in JDE

　　Put parts and supplies in proper locations

　　Cycle count parts room

　　Enternew itemsin JDE

　　Shipping out items for repair and logging them

　　Enter parts request for low quantity items

　　Assistwithlocatingparts

　　Stage parts for projects and PMs

　　Assistwith quotes

　　Inventory spare equipment in separate warehouse

　　Maintain housekeeping in parts room

　　Other duties as assigned by Management

　　Qualifications

　　EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

　　Education: High School Diploma or GED

　　Experience: Maintenance and /or inventory experience required

　　Other Skills and Abilities

　　Self-starter and ability to work independently and with others as needed

　　Effective verbal and written communication

　　Knowledge of AS400

　　Must be proficient in JDE and Microsoft Office

　　Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

　　Well organized and able to prioritize

　　Ability to work OT to support a 24/7 site
