YOU are the excellence and we will ensure you have the training, guidance and support necessary to deliver exceptional customer service to those in the field as well as our operations team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIESAs a Parts and Inventory Specialist, you will deliver customer service to the field in order to assist in the research and procurement of Parts and Supplies for our technicians and clients as well as aiding in the Inventory and Warehouse aspects for the organization. You will become a partner with our Preferred Customers by consistently delivering exceptional solutions to both predict and prevent equipment failure, ensuring their equipment is running at full capacity with limited breakdowns. You will:* Order parts for field technicians by reading source documents, verifying order information for correctness, and entering data into specific software fields;* Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as parts order forms, quote sheets, work orders, time sheets, receipts, and truck stock inventory;* Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors;* Maintain logs or activities and completed work and store completed documents in appropriate locations;* Receive all truck freight shipments and label upon arrival;* Daily check-in of UPS/FEDEX deliveries with communication to Dispatch Managers;* Check in all Warranty parts returned to headquarters and assist in processing/shipping Warranty returns;* Work with assigned staff and Preventive Maintenance technicians to order and pull filters and belts required for job;* Process all local order pick-ups and returns;* Assist with weekly consumables and restock shipments;* Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures;Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
