  The role

  At Recorrido, we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager, South America to build strategic partnerships with suppliers in South America and maintain solid relationships with our current partners.

  What you can expect from the opportunity

  Analyze and identify potential partnerships prospects to generate demand and supply, revenue sharing activities, and complement Busbud service offering.

  Define and execute the partnerships strategy through business development activities

  Manage and optimize revenue and growth for current South American partners.

  Develop and execute PR or marketing initiatives (in collaboration with the marketing team) to support the launch or growth of market partnerships.

  Provide market research, sizing and commercial strategy, crunching data to make digestible presentations for the executive suite.

  Experience working cross-functionally within a company (product, marketing and customer experience) to scale assigned regions.

  How You Can Impress Us

  Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships management, ideally in the transportation or travel industry.

  Adept at business development but also analytical work.

  Deep understanding of the South American market.

  Strategic vision and innovative thinking.

  Passion for business diplomacy and business development.

  Strong proficiency in Spanish and English.

  Strong interest in data analysis.

  Open to travel (international).

  El cargo

  En Recorrido, estamos buscando un Gerente de Alianzas para Sudamérica con el objetivo de construir alianzas estratégicas con proveedores en Sudamérica y mantener relaciones sólidas con nuestros socios actuales.

  Lo que puedes esperar de la oportunidad

  Analizar e identificar posibles oportunidades de alianzas para generar demanda y oferta, participación en las ganancias y complementar la oferta de servicios de Busbud.

  Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de alianzas a través de actividades de desarrollo empresarial.

  Gestionar y optimizar los ingresos y el crecimiento para los socios actuales en Sudamérica.

  Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas de relaciones públicas o marketing (en colaboración con el equipo de marketing) para respaldar el lanzamiento o crecimiento de asociaciones en el mercado.

  Proporcionar investigación de mercado, dimensionamiento y estrategia comercial, analizando datos para crear presentaciones comprensibles para la alta dirección.

  Experiencia trabajando de manera interfuncional dentro de una empresa (producto, marketing y experiencia del cliente) para expandir las regiones asignadas.

  Cómo puedes impresionarnos

  Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de alianzas, preferiblemente en la industria del transporte o viajes.

  Habilidades tanto en el desarrollo empresarial como en el trabajo analítico.

  Profundo conocimiento del mercado sudamericano.

  Visión estratégica y pensamiento innovador.

  Pasión por la diplomacia empresarial y el desarrollo empresarial.

  Fuerte competencia en español e inglés.

  Gran interés en el análisis de datos.

  Disposición para viajar (internacionalmente).
