  What the day will look like

  The Enterprise Partnership Placement Leader will be part of our Broking team and report to the Chief Broking Officer. This team leads placement strategy and execution for CoverWallet negotiating coverage agreements, providing due diligence for future partnerships, dissemination of insurance knowledge and expertise and setting service standards for the Micro and Small Commercial business sector. Additionally, this team is responsible for managing market relationships, integrations and compensation agreements, and coordinating with product specialist across the Aon Network.

  You will work as part of a rapidly growing team in a fast-paced environment leading critical initiatives that have a global reach and impact at Aon. This is an upstanding opportunity to join Coverwallet and make a mark on how we scale the Broking function and the entire organization.

  Essential job functions

  Working in collaboration with Commercial Risk and the Enterprise Client group to create placement solutions for AFFINITY networks of enterprise clients.

  Lead broking efforts across the Aon Network to ensure we are utilizing our best product and industry expertise to structure tailored program solutions.

  Review and negotiate program terms and conditions for required and optional coverages.

  Provide due diligence analysis of potential partnership opportunities. Review opportunities and provide recommendations as to viability, and resources to manage and communicate with key stakeholders.

  Collaborate with the Chief Broking Officer to manage and expand relationships with our carrier partners.

  Work closely with the Chief Broking Officer to define internal service standards and measure adherence, accountability and escalation process as needed.

  Identify carriers for panels and business consolidations and monitor implementation results.

  Partner closely with the Compliance & Risk teams to identify areas of improvement relating to risk management.

  Support the design, development, and implementation of our market partner service delivery and operations specification standards.

  Join market partner discussions to help drive service delivery performance optimization and ensure alignment with operational processes and workflows.

  Work in collaboration with Insurance Operations team to help ensure seamless client and carrier experience.

  Partner with Product and Technology teams on the implementation of platform enhancements, improvement in service delivery efficiencies and workflows and expansion of capabilities

  Skills and experience that will lead to success

  Knowledge of the US regulatory landscape including requirements for distributing insurance products and standard methodologies for the small and middle market commercial sectors

  Strategic understanding of insurance underwriting and pricing principles

  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  Problem solver with excellent analytical skills.

  Willingness to take ownership of initiatives and perform in a fast-paced environment.

  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

  Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  Requirements

  Education:

  Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of degree, equivalent education, training, and work-related experience

  8+ years of experience in the commercial insurance industry

  Active P&C Producer license (required)

  Technical:

  Proficient in MS Office & Google suite of products and tools

  Experience with carrier rating/policy management platforms

  The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $225,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
