　　Position Summary Details

　　The Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to airport passengers.

　　Essential Functions

　　Acts as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving guests

　　Greets and engages with passengers in and around the assigned area to offer assistance with directions and general inquiries

　　Responsibilities

　　Greets customers and displays a develops a professional attitude

　　Builds rapport with the parkers in assigned area.

　　Assists customers in lots, providing guidance and answering questions

　　Helps direct traffic.

　　Promotes good customer relations by consistently showing a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

　　Works with or without supervision.

　　Takes on additional tasks as needed

　　Qualifications

　　Must be 18 years of age or older.Preferred Qualifications:
