　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKThe Park Resource Ranger, under the supervision of the Park Manager, is responsible for performing a variety of public safety and visitor services. These duties are designed to protect park visitors, park facilities, and provide public contact within the complex.

　　This position entails public safety and visitors' service work in state park operations and outdoor recreation within Colonel Denning State Park Complex.

　　Seasonal Full-time employment without benefits.

　　Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch.

　　Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed; 37.5 hours/week - 7-day operation.

　　QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:No minimum experience and training required.

　　Special Requirements:This position requires possession of an active motor vehicle license.All employees must obtain valid certification in standard first aid and adult, child, and infant CPR approved by the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or equivalent within 60 days of employment.
