We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal and Legal Assistant in our location. This role involves providing complex clerical level legal support services, drafting legal documents, and maintaining confidentiality in line with our company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle clerical duties and maintain confidentiality as per the company's standards.

• Draft legal documents with a focus on precision and detail.

• Provide complex clerical level legal support services to our attorney team.

• Analyze and review materials with a keen eye for detail.

• Utilize your strong organizational and analytical skills to streamline processes.

• Ensure adherence to non-disclosure agreements and other legal principles.

• Maintain a detail oriented demeanor and complete assignments within the required timeframe.

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Support the hiring processes and interact with vendors as needed.

• Uphold security measures and ensure compliance with the Internal Revenue Code.

NOTE - Possession of Paralegal Certificate (completed, graduated) and at least three (3) professional references must be provided to pursue this role

Requirements • Proficiency in Materials Handling

• Ability to Review and analyze legal documents

• Knowledge of Pricing strategies in a legal context

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes within a law firm

• Understanding of Security protocols in a legal setting

• Experience in dealing with Vendors for legal services

• Able to perform Clerical Duties efficiently

• Strong commitment to maintaining Confidentiality

• Experience in Litigation support

• Skills in drafting and reviewing Agreements

• Understanding of legal Principles

• Knowledge in R Code is a plus

• Strong Analytical Skills, particularly in legal contexts

• Excellent Written Communication skills

• Familiarity with Assertion Markup Language

• Experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements

• Ability to Draft Legal Documents

• Experience with Request For Quotation process

• Knowledge of Internal Revenue laws and regulations

• Ability to provide quality Support services to attorneys and other legal professionals
