Description

　　We are currently seeking a dynamic Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal with a passion for detail, efficient management of tasks, and excellence in client service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in personal injury law, have a strong ability to excel under pressure, and play a crucial role in enhancing our case preparation and management activities.

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documentation relevant to personal injury cases.

　　Assist attorneys with preparations for trial, depositions, and mediations.

　　Coordinate and manage medical records, bills, wage loss, witness evidence, and other case documents.

　　Perform legal research as necessary to assist attorneys.

　　Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, attorneys, and court personnel.

　　Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.

　　Requirements

　　Paralegal certification or degree.

　　Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience as a personal injury paralegal (plaintiff only).

　　Proven understanding and knowledge of legal terminology, state and federal court procedures, and rules of evidence.

　　Exceptional research, documentation, and reporting skills.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and legal research software.

　　Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

　　High attention to detail and accuracy.
