Your Role:

As a Plaintiff Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's attorneys and managing casework efficiently to ensure success. You will handle a variety of tasks, including:

Preparing, organizing, and responding to discovery requests.

Drafting pleadings, legal correspondence, and case summaries as needed.

Conducting legal research to support case development and strategy.

Managing case files, calendars, and deadlines with acute attention to detail.

Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials.

Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally in a plaintiff-oriented practice.

Strong grasp of legal procedures, court systems, and litigation processes, particularly in discovery and trial preparation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in legal software, document management, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and team members under minimal supervision.
