Description

We are in search of a Paralegal to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. The role involves a wide range of tasks in the legal industry, including managing board and committee meetings, maintaining corporate records, and handling various subsidiary matters.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage board and committee meetings, ensuring materials, minutes, and resolutions are prepared and maintained efficiently

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for directors

• Maintain and update corporate records in a timely manner

• Provide support for SEC filings

• Coordinate annual shareholder meetings to ensure smooth operations

• Manage matters related to domestic subsidiaries such as formations, dissolutions, and filings

• Maintain legal entity documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

• Track contracts and licenses, ensuring they are up to date and compliant

• Provide support for governance-related inquiries.
