　　Major responsibilities

　　Data base management of all relevant documents

　　Provide support to attorney through all phases

　　Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents

　　Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload Requirements - Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

　　Solid understanding of estate planning

　　Proficiency in tax returns

　　Probate & Estate Administration experience highly desired

　　Corporate trust experience required

　　Foundational knowledge in tax law

　　Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information

　　Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

　　Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

　　Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
