　　Requirements

　　Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

　　Familiarity with Subrogation liens is needed

　　Ideal candidate will handle assigned case files, processing cases from time of transfer to litigation, through the entire litigation process, to settlement

　　Must be able to process litigation case matters and documents through the case management system properly and efficiently

　　Required to have a good understanding of damages and law suits

　　Should have experience in evidence gathering and legal document analysis

　　Act as liaison to your Partner, Senior Counsel, Opposing Counsel, Expert Witnesses, and Vendors

　　Experience drafting petitions, discovery, motions, notices, affidavits, and other legal documents

　　Should have a Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor’s Degree

　　Will be asked to participate in department meetings, case meetings and planning
